The school offers bachelor’s degrees in business administration, facilities engineering technology, global studies/maritime affairs, marine engineering technology, marine transportation and mechanical engineering. It is the only West Coast maritime academy. It is one the best kept secrets in higher education opportunities.
Solano Community College Vallejo Center is brand spanking newly located at
545 Columbus Parkway
. This opening is a homecoming of sorts as
Solano
Community College
originally opened in Vallejo in 1945 before locating to
Fairfield
campus. This campus location is state of the art, covering 40,000 sq ft and will be able to serve 3,000 students once it is fully built out. This campus will feature lecture and lab spaces fully integrated with technology and the latest multi-media resources for leaning. The new center currently has a science lab, computer lab, learning lab, art classroom multi-use rooms, faculty, student and administrative services. You won’t have to go far to take a variety of classes to meet your higher learning needs and wants.
